Wimlogic is a multi-channel, multi-warehouse, multi-department system designed to propel new to long-standing online sellers to six-figure revenues. Developed especially for US Amazon sellers in 2012, Wimlogic is equipped with intuitive functions, features, and configurable language to adapt to Seller for Seller e-commerce trends. Two-step verification login is implemented for security and is either configured to send an authorization code to a system number or the user’s mobile phone number whenever the Internet Protocol (IP) address changes on the login device. The dashboard displays a condensed overview so that users can track and analyze key performance indicators (KPI), metrics, and key data points to monitor the business.
Wimlogic is a flexible system due to its user-to-user access control that allows administrators to regulate access to certain functions, configurable language that allows the entire system to be transcribed to a specific language from an internal dictionary that stores all commands of each function and data fields, and scalability that allows users to pare down all working functions to a specific set of preferred functions e.g. system configuration to only Amazon functions for Amazon sellers.
Warehouse management is made dynamic through defining and aggregating multiple warehouse locations—physical and/or virtual. For example, sellers can define one warehouse for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and two virtual warehouses for Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) and other platforms. The system is structured with three levels of inventory: Item Level, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), and BIN locations.
Product creation is simplified into defining just three attributes: color, size, and vendor brand. After defining these three attributes, product titles are automatically generated using three-item keywords, which are conveniently stored for future reference, then newly created products are easily ready for listing and integrating into online seller platforms. Verification and approval are required to add newly created products to active inventory tables by managers or appropriately designated users
Third-party Logistics (3PL) for FBA shipment planning and creating are made with the iLevel feature. iLevel monitors, tracks, plans, and creates shipments to send to 3PL warehouses specially designed for FBA by syncing data between Amazon and Wimlogic. Factor FBA quantity, in-transit quantity, seller’s warehouse quantity, Amazon recommended quantity, and more all through Wimlogic.
Purchase orders are facilitated through a quarterly budget feature for repeat products. Purchase Order (PO) Planning and Supply Chain functions are under development and will be released by December 2019.
All sales orders can be automatically or manually synced from external websites. Shipments are created using Amazon’s Buy Shipping or EasyShip, a worldwide online shipper, and can be sorted by the lower rate based on the requested service for each order
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Management is a vital module. All returns from any selling platform are facilitated and monitored. With Amazon orders, returns are automatically synced and imported when customers create a return request, including the reason for the return and other information.
All selling platforms are integrated through feed creation or Application Programming Interface (API) integration, but mostly API. Wimlogic is fully integrated with Amazon to create and update listings and other useful tools to improve selling. Once a template and profile are defined, all listings are selected to list or update on Amazon.
PriceRule, a robotic selling tool, is embedded in Wimlogic to manage enhanced pricing adjustments or schedule sale prices. PriceRule can be configured to adjust prices higher or lower based on quantities sold and listed product department rankings. Automatically schedule price adjustments and test new products. Sellers can choose not to use PriceRule and manually schedule multiple sales prices on different dates.
Run all reports in one hub e.g. employee timecards, payroll, custom Amazon product barcodes, product movement, inventory Profit and Loss (P&L), etc. Create and print individual or multiple product barcodes per SKU or in bulk easily for all selling platforms.
